All extruded profiles manufactured at VISION incorporate high quality proprietary vinyl compounds produced in-house at our 2 state-of-the-art fully automated blending operations. Exclusive process control capabilities ensure very precise tolerances to provide batch to batch consistency.
VISION compounding operations are equipped with bulk handling, mixing and storage systems and are able to produce over 600 million pounds of compound annually in a variety of formulations and a wide range of colors.
With the ability to store over 22 million pounds of raw materials and formulated compounds, VISION will always deliver what our customers need and when they need it.

VISION participates in many certification programs as an additional step towards ensuring product performance. Third party independent accredited laboratory testing programs and in-plant audits are an integral part of the VISION assurance initiatives. Many VISION compounds are certified under the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA).
